Of course most of the time we would hope you would not require to use the terminal, however in the event of a terrestrial communication failure, the satellite terminal is available to come online so that your critical applications can continue to work. We can supply other service solutions that fit your commercial requirements.

We also supply VPN over satellite solutions (UDGateway) to preserve any security requirements and quality of service servers (NetEnforcer) that ensure that only critical applications/users have access to bandwidth.

Transportable Backup Services

Prime Satellite Broadband can supply a transportable terminal to be set up within 24 hours at your location to provide back-up services for a site. This would avoid the need to have a fixed terminal at your site, however it would not be set up immediately. This can also be used for events or to get a broadband link in at a site where terrestrial services are not immediately available.

Your business would not need to wait for BT or other telecommunication providers to install cables before you are able to get online and be connected.
