The DStar Two-way Satellite Broadband ADSL service is based on the market leading LinkStar product from ViaSat. It is a DVB-RCS compliant product that also includes an in-built TCP accelerator that ensures large files are transported at the full rate of the satellite link.

Services provide always-on ADSL-like broadband Internet access. Downlink speeds from 512kbps to 2Mbps are available with basic uplink speeds from 128kbps to a massive 1Mbps - higher than that available on terrestrial ADSL and cable networks today!
